id agree there mate.it was fairly obvious that the rears were too far in but the driver was giving conflicting information and i was slightly reluctant to impose something on him.in the end we did but only after finding a dead end with his own setup.i felt it was important to do that,otherwise there is always the doubt in the drivers mind

and yes,i learned something new in that i wouldnt have thought that the rears being too far in would cause the kart to look like it was oversteering when you brought the front out

its a bleedin black art setting up a kart.wayne is used to racing cars and is finding the vageries of setting up a kart difficult.the main issue has been that he doesnt really know how a kart with a decent setup should feel and so didnt really know what he was looking for.once we went "radical" the first thing he said when he came in was "its never felt like that before,it was stable and i could push a bit harder without it wanting to swap ends on me".so now he has experienced that feeling it might be a bit easier from now on
