I'm going to take an educated guess and say that a slightly richer jet will keep it cooler, but obviously at the trade off against performance. More oil in the fuel may help too.

The new style air box is designed to improve the flow of air to the radiator, but whether it actually helps the cooling in practice I don't know.

Any dints in the radiator will also hinder its performance.
