Paul, it all depends on how many hours running they had since their last full rebuild. In order to limit the chance of seizure in one of those motors, you need to 'life' the components. At full race revs 19K+, a piston/rings will last around 2 hours. Con rod, small-end, big end and main bearings will last about 5 hours. If all those items are within their life, then it should be fine to run. If not, I would rebuild accordingly. Irrespective of whether the components are in life or not, as a precaution I would always change the oil seals though.
