Take a seat stay off each side.
Take the bars out if you run them
Maybe your widths are too narrow on the rear.
You could have the wrong axle in.
Could be alot.

Give us some help, come back with the following info:

What axle is in the chassis.
Whats the overal rear width (outside to outside)
How many seat stays on each side
what tire pressures did you use
What track you practising at
what rims you using
are any torsion bars in.

Next
Does the kart push on in going into the corners. does it bog on the exit.
does it slid alot.

then we can really help answer as many as possible.
