Fit the exhaust stub and W 60 pipe on,looks more like a race kart then and gives more power to an S60.
Pull the choke lever up to stall the engine if the switch does not do it.
Speed depends on drivers weight and gearing.If anyone above a 12 yr old is using it the clutch is not going to last very long,and they are not cheap.
