That may just move the problem further round the circuit. Take kimbolton for instance, the bus-stop would then become the big push, so you're just shifting the problem and more out of sight of the stewards. Unless you get sufficient field spread so it becomes more obvious who doesn't use brakes, and the bus-stop is a much more dangerous corner than turn 1.
