Even though its illegal, I think you'll find that every Rotax dealer has been 'encouraged' to sell them at the prices they do. Furthermore dealers make almost no money on the sale of a new Rotax Max. Its much of a muchness whom you buy your Max from, though you might want to choose the person you get your bits from or the guy that does your building.
