There isn't really anywhere that close that I can think of.

Rye house is just under an hour and half drive away and has open testing most weekdays, but then clay is only an hour and a half away too.

Rissington is busy and sessioned, Whilton isn't too bad on a wednesday as long as you avoid the kids holidays.

Blackbushe is a possibility, but I don't know how much open practice they do or whether it is sessioned.
