3. The existence of oil or grease inside the clutch drum or on the clutch element is not in itself a reason for technical disqualification."

that means that if obvious large quantities of grease are found on the drum/elements then you could still be disqualified due to "modification".

the odd amount coming from the bearing is ok tho.
