It is possible to ban someone from a circuit but if it's not done correctly the law courts and the MSA would not back the Club in doing so!

I think this is a course of action that needs considerable caution and should be seen as a last resort and not a common thing for our sport!

There is a judicial system that should be used, yes it's flawed, but going outside it and making our own rules often has consequences and detracts from what we're trying to achieve!
