Just block them from coming into the track. Its only the same as banning a driver from a club. No stickers from that team on any karts, not trucks with stickers from that team on them. Very easy, they may be there in reality (under a different name or just the team manager walking around in a consultancy capacity) but their reputation will be destroyed. Which is in essence what is trying to be achieved. No one will want to pay them to be in there team or want to be seen to be paying them.
