Unless they are an Entrant there is no vehicle to ban them!

eg 1 Take the Christodoulou case, I saw no evidence that would put his team into any frame of guilt and it would be totally wrong and out of order to suggest otherwise!

eg 2 An engine tuners engine is caught ineligible, when questioned he states clearly that the engine was prepared for non MSA racing which he's totally at liberty to do to earn a living and he clearly has no control of where the driver races! This was a regular occurrence especially when PK's were around, with non MSA racing on the increase this situation still exists!

Banning Teams would be almost impossible to police!

There's a reason that MSA rules and regs with regards to entrants and how it works exists and to try and legislate above would be a difficult and unstable way forward!
