Hello, and yes it is possible to weld a radiator, if only you can find the source of leakage. Once found, it needs to get a good sanding/grinding before the new weld is done. If there is a welding shop in your vivinity it shouldn't set you back very much, definitely not the price of a new radiator at any rate.
