that'd be one larger than 50mm

not impossible by any means

or you could use grubs screws or numerous other methods

I've had a look over a few karts at 3 sisters today and they are the same as mine so I'm not too bothered.

I just wonder why tkm insist on the circlips. Do tal-ko own acme circlip ltd? :)
