If in doubt call at Rocket Rons (Tabor)your area.

would check the piston ring though "found carb loose" !!!high reving "pulled fuel line off "
"might have pulled air in " all could lead to the ring nipping,little compression.
Also make sure battery is FULLY charged,they do not like being left on their sides for too long or being charged on their side.
