Tal-Ko have been making this mistake for YEARS!

They have some of the MOST supportive customers on the PLANET who stick with them through thick and thin, feast and famine and all MANNER of 'confusions'. And yet... they treat their customers like mushrooms: in the dark and covered in SH*T!

It's MADNESS..... just keep your customers informed and you will have HAPPY customers....

Perhaps it's their PR specialist that tells them to behave like this...........
