I agree with grizzle but we all know that if we can get an advantage or claw back at a competitor we will do it. Its a racers nature however it should have been implemented in the winter but not many people would have bought them imo. The reason bring it in now is you would have had a few races and if your off the pace you think what can we do to claw it back (and there will be many of you, im in this category) and so a golden "new" barrel would help. However im not going to get one as im honest enough to know there is more time in me and my driving to warrant buying them. But obviously different strokes for different folks. Hold fire you never know they might be quick but could be fragile etc etc better the devil you know
