Is the TKM clutch a fully enclosed metal to metal clutch ? if it is then it will fall under the same situation but if like the "old" rotax clutch which has clutch shoes which are porous (non-metalic) then the same rule will apply to it.

I have spent all week liasing with both JAG and the MSA technical department and whilst Id love to discuss the findings and rulings here I await the much anticipated statement from JAG/MSA tomorrow latest.

Watch this space :-)
