From the 2008 Regs:
=======================
The KNE Championship 2008 for Junior Tkm will be based on a maximum of two sets of slick tyres for the entire Championship. Fuel can only be sourced from the local garage ( Evans Halshaw ) with only one two stroke oil to be used.
...........

..... Use fixed gearing to protect engine i.e. 10 t front sprocket with 84/85 max rear sprocket
======================

If that does not hold then is that a good starting point for dry conditions ?

Thanks
