Ignition timing - use vernier only.

Checking port timing - use vernier and 0.25mm feeler gauge.

Setting ignition timing as follows :-
With vernier mounted in head - using adaptor)
1) set piston to tdc - zero the vernier
2) move piston to required setting BTDC (eg 2.8mm)
3) align timing marks by rotating stator.
3) lock stator
4) rotate engine a couple of times and check settings (ie TDC still at zero and timing setting still at 2.8mm BTDC)

We will be #88 JTKM at 3-Sisters.
