See I was always told to run toe-out in the wet, but never felt the need too!! In fact, whenever I tried it, never seemed to make a difference.

Pressures: 15-20psi for drying conditions, 20-25psi for damp wet, 25+psi for full wet.

Tip for you, I found that on a set of wet tyres with very little tread left, pump them up to 40psi ish and run them. It will almost certainly kill them, but it'll get you through a run or two with quite a nice amount of grip.
