Check the in-carb filter for clogging. Check the cartb attachment bolts are tight. Check the carb gaskets are good. Check the head/barrel bolts are tight. heck the base gaskets are good. Check the crankcase bolts are tight.

This won't help this time but in future don't pull the plug cap off as you'll blow the coil - completely choke the carb.
