If this were a TKM I might suggest an old TKM trick of simply BENDING the stub or the chassis until you get the angles you want. It's CRUDE but.... it has worked in the past.

The legality of that move has always been questionable in TKM but it hasn't stopped certain teams. At one stage, we had 'works' karts with POSITIVE camber! None were ever 'homolgated' with such an angle...... (they also weren't on the list of homolgated items)
