The 2009 has been developed over 2008 by Ryan cole and others. The shape is homologated but there are some slightly different grades of tube in areas and welds / brazes. If you stood an 06 alongside an 08 you would not tell the difference. We will not see how good the Kart is until the sun comes out as I think the Winter months flatter a jkh anyway. All said it is a very good Kart.
