Tbh with vue you will struggle to learn much.

in record mode on the pro you can log rpms and a temp ie coolant.

to datalog you will need

rpm
wheel speed
lat g
long g
as a minimum

from this you could learn loads by using excel and making a maths channel like you would using a pi or motec system.
