When you download and install the software & patch, samples come with it.

Can anyone help me with this though? What exactly is the point in downloading the data? How can I learn from it? I don't see how you can learn alot from this, I appreciate that with an accelerometer or a GPS module that logged the track and compared RPM/Time/Track all together, I could easily see where I was slow, but without them? Im stumped?
