I'm about 95kg with race gear on - Can anyone give me an idea of kart set up (gearing) for Clay Pigeon?

Also - I can't work out how to change the engine sprocket. Presumably I need a crank blocker tool to stop the engine rotating while I take the nut off?

Sorry - total newb.
