could do with a clue as to why the teeth on the clutch drum gradually wore away over a days testing.
we are new to class so have lots to pick up. i aligned the sprocket correctly and had the correct tension on the chain and only noticed that the teeth were stripped when obviousley we lost drive. that was on our 9th outing of the day(and the last!!).
i lubed the chain on each outing also so am a bit baffled. any info would be much appreciated as drums are'nt that cheap and could do with avoiding a repeat failure. thanks in advance
