Richy...

If you place a bid at the MAXIMUM you will pay.... how CAN you get 'DONE' at the last minute? Rememeber, if no one bids UP to your maximum, then you will get it BELOW your maximum... what IS the benefit of bidding BELOW your maximum??? If you WOULD have got it at or below your 'maximum' then you were 'not wise' bidding BELOW your maximum!

Yes.... it's more frustrating to find someone outbids you at the last seconds than at the FIRST minute but the effect is identical. The only change was that you THOUGHT that becasue you were the highest bid in the seconds BEFORE the end that you WOULD end up owning it! Simply change your view to the real one that it is NOT yours until the seconds have timed out! I can't pretend it takes ALL the 'pain' away but it helps soften it!
