As I understand it, the new barrels are all as good as the "good" older barrels thereby bringing greater equality. Talko will give you the rundown on how they compare on their dyno against the reference engine but I'm told they are identical. There will always be minor differences in output but the method of manufacture will ensure that the differences are kept to an absolute minimum.

Ive heard that they are quicker for juniors but that could be pitlane bull...
