I have a EVS Racer with BS6 self adjusting brake system running a Leopard125. Using Dot 5 silicon brake fluid. After about 4 laps(4kms) the brakes start to fade and the the pedal goes to the floor and no brakes.On return to the pits the brake pads are either locked to the disk and have to be manually pushed back and everything is super hot or they have returned to normal with normal pedal pressure and brake.I have tried everything from new seals (OTK)new fluid new pads (OTK). I have the proper brake bleeder and there is no apparent air in the system or any obvious fluid leaks. My only thought is that there is still air in the system somewhere . Don’t know where to go from here as I have tried gravity bleed as well as pressure bleed with the same result. Can you provide any help with this problem?
