Speedyman, you were right! At the end of teh day whether we like the rules or not we have to run by them, so hard as it may be then people allow themselves to be thrown out by not knowing the rules of their own class.

I noticed many karts without brake protectors yesterday and illegal cadet nosecones but nothing was done.

I feel sorry for everyone that HAS gone to the expense of upgrading their karts for 2009 when scruitineers allow through illegal karts. Scruitineers are leaving every competitor open to protest by allowing karts through! The information is out there as the vast majority of karts have complied!
