You could try BRT as they do a lot of work on Historic Kartsand engines. Do you know what size you need? On the T72, if its on top bore you could use oversize pistons (49 series), not sure what bore the Dino will be (never ran them). Tal-ko have some TT pistons listed on their website. Main thing to check is that the rings are pegged correctly for your motors.
