haha, some good research there. I now have a Blackstar but I raced last season with an 05 Road Rebel.

which isn't great but worth a look, and this one... I can't find. If you give me your email I'll send it to you. This other one is extremely detailed and very very useful (see the bit I posted about long hubs) and tells you all you need to know.

Which class are you running and where at? I ran it in Senior Rotax and your profile says tkm so may not be able to help you with my setup.
One thing I will say is the VEN04 system is awesome, and the sintered pads are the best to use as they last for ages (mine have lasted at least 8 hours so far) and because they are harder they don't snap on, if you get me.
