hi there

bought a new set of gears and am trying to fit them now

in looking at the rotax repair manual it looks like the balance gears go in different ways

i noticed that the balance gears have a flat side and a raised side.

so does the flat side of the balance gear face the driver on the counter balance

does the flat side of the balance gear face the engine on the crankshaft.

any help would be greatly appreciated
