Not always, your existing setup may be ok...the reason you are putting on new tyres is because you think the handling has gone off, and your chassis is not handling as you like....when this happens to us we always leave the chassis the same and just boly new rubber on...another reason to leave the chassis the same, is that if you change it just for new rubber....how do you know for sure how much your improved lap times are just down to rubber , or is it the chassis change?............Always do one change at a time.
