We had two drivers in the awning on brand new Vipers at the weekend in Shenny.

Both have raced Vipers for two seasons now, one jTKM, the other Extreme.

We suffered poor brakes on both new karts, tried a new set of OTK pads and a de-glaze.

We are obviously very well versed with the OTK brake, and have not suffered real problems before (with our earlier Vipers). Have checked the obvious (air etc), and I stress, both chassis were brand new, so fluid and pads are clearly brand new too.

Anyone else suffering a similar issue?
