What can I do regarding the my engine number being part worn away by my chain guard - Ive got 2 numbers that are totally unreadable and 2 that can only just be made out .

Is this illegal to race - can engine numbers be restamped and if so who can do this ?

Engine is sealed with the seal number / engine number on log book as should be .
