The clutch backplate nut is the same and is a very snug fit in the centre of the clutch shoe plate.

This means that you have to remove the shoe assembly if you need to remove the backplate.

This means you are disturbing the three small Allen bolts that already only just hold on by a few threads.

That chinging noise you hear on left handers is your money in Rotax's pocket.
