When fiching a motor, a barrel that is set to be closer to the exhaust post allowable dimension is set "Low". If it is set to be closer to the inlet dimension it is set "High".

The terms "high" and "low" refer to where the barrel is relative to the crankcase - ie. if it is low there will be less gaskets under the barrel than if it were set high.
