Like i said i'm no medical expert, just that i can understand the msa's veiwpoint, allthough it does sound harsh in your case.
Steve c's advice about contacting the epilepsy society if there is one would be a good place to start. The other option would be to race non msa which is just as much fun but i would still advise you to let the race organiser know of any medical conditions just incase of any incident where you might need treatment. The more a paramedic knows the better and means they can treat any injuries quicker.
