At Red Lodge, it is quicker to run on wets when there is ANY amount of moisture on the circuit. I can imagine this is still the case when it is bone dry but freezing cold. However, if it were bone dry, the meeting should be declared dry, forcing the use of slicks. At Red Lodge you would probably have to go as high as 35PSI on slicks.

Give the front a bit of toe-out to bring the front temps up quicker and aid turn-in. You can always tune out any oversteer this may induce with the front width.
