Even if you 'tick all the boxes' which may be listed, how will you know if something else is wrong with it which is specific to YOUR chassis/motor?

Why not take an easy step of taking your kart to a race meeting on the Sunday (or at some tracks, the Saturday late afternoon) and asking the Scrutineer to have a look over it? Obviously, only do this when he/they is/are not busy. Remember to take your helmet. gloves, boots, suit etc.. There may be things to be chacked in there too. Scutes do tend to be helpful to people eho ask nicely and are POLITE!

That way, you will know, as near as possible, that your kart WILL pass on the big day!
