The engine fiche states that the last bore size is 51.45mm. The largest piston is 51.4mm. The piston size quoted is actually the bore size needed since the piston itself is undersized to give the necessary clearance. 51.45mm is actually too large for the biggest piston. Therefore if your bore is badly worn, and at any point measures over 51.45mm it is outside the fiche and illegal.
