I think the John at Biz that you're refering to is John Scutchings. Prior to Biz, he worked for Zip Karts, and in fact sold me my first kart in 1971, a Zip Californian. But you're right, he's one of the nicest guys I've come across in the kart trade. Shame Biz don't make any karts for "real" karting!
