The position which gives you the CORRECT weight distibution!

If you are one of the 'standard' racing shapes (short, skinny and ligtweight), then the 'stock' (the one given in standard advice) position will probably work. BUT...... if you are not ALL of those, then it's UNlikely that the BEST position will be the same as for one short-skinny-lightweights...... no matter WHAT the manufacturer tells you!
