Alan, I've heard people say that it's best not to charge them when almost full eg the night before when you already charged it fully the day before that - ie topping-up - is this true?

Incidentally, ours seem to top out at 13.2V then settle at 12.7 - 12.8V before use. I've had problems below 12.3 V before.
