If the new burette measures more accurately than the old one then that's an advantage to everyone!

Any exclusions in the past could have been challenged if the correct equipment hadn't been used through an Eligibility Appeal!

Decisions have been overturned for this exact reason and this is why the EAP system exists!

As I keep saying the Appeal system is there for the benefit of the Competitor not the benefit of the organisers!
