I propose, with a suitable timescale to implement:

Only black overalls are to be worn. Only logos of a given set of dimensions can be displayed but they can only be the suit manufacturers logos. A similar rule for gloves and boots.

The same for bodywork. Black only with just number stickers.

Helmets. If we can't allow motorcycle helmets then all helmets must be White with a clear visor with a limit to the manufacturer's logo only.

Now I've upset some teams, dealers and manufacturers I will allow a waiver for S1.

There are too many teams, dealers, manufacturers and generally too many people trying to make money out of the sport. I don't believe that this competition has even done that much to reduce prices. Whilst I'm busy today fitting my new sticker kit and cleaning my iridium visor, I'll have a think on how to sort this out!

However, if people have the money then let them spend it. We just need to convince the average karter that you don't need to spend excessive amounts on equipment that doesn't make you go any faster... and that includes me!
