Well we've debated many times on here about the ridiculous number of classes, the complexities in getting a newcomer started... that's before you take into account a decline in disposable income for most of us.
Forget the green papers just :
o Consolidate and simplify the classes - structure karting in a way that allows the vast amount of dirt cheap stuff on eBay to be raced anywhere.
o Abolish ARKS tests, licence fees and club memberships and build the costs into the entry fee. Make it simpler for somebody to 'give it a go' and also make it more affordable for the casual racer who comes out a few times a year.
[Oh and by the way, stop making stupid rule changes that make kit obsolete.]
The solutions are staring everyone in the face.
